Join The Team

Step 1

Download the model application. Do do this click the purple download icon to the left.

Step 2

Open the application in any image editor you prefer (such as paint.) and fill it out with your paintbrush tool for the check boxes and your text tool for your model name.​​

Step 3

Send the completed questionnaire to YayStreamate via direct message on twitter.

Step 4

In handwriting on a piece of paper write out "YayStreamate" and take a photo of yourself either with your webcamera or your cell phone. Please make sure the lighting is good and that your face is showing. Send this photo to YayStreamate in a Direct Message. If you wish to be announced as a new team member and have your photo with the sign tweeted on YayStreamate you are welcome to tweet it yourself after you are made a team member. YayStreamate is powered by its teammates after all :)

Step 5 (Optional)

If you wish to have a biography listed on YayStreamate.com we will need
  1. A photo you wish us to use that is primarily horizontal
  2. A shortened "Title" for your bio (a catchy phrase or your model name; your choice)
  3. A one to two sentence summary
  4. Bio text as long or as short as you would like.
  5. Patience. I add model bios bi-monthly in batches.
